Questions ISP owners ask
Does this replace my billing software?
No. ISP OneDesk does not touch customers, invoices or MikroTik. Keep SmartISP, ISP Biller or whatever you use today. The network map can read your billing list to show which customers are active.
Do I need a computer in the office for the attendance machine?
No. The ZKTeco machine connects to your office router and sends punches over the internet. Nothing else has to stay on.
Which attendance machines work?
ZKTeco machines with cloud (ADMS) support, such as the F18. Tell us your model during the demo and we will confirm.
Can my staff use it on their phone?
